ATLANTA (August 13th, 2023) – For the third year in a row, Search Discovery has been named to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s list of the Top Workplaces for 2023. The firm is headquartered in Atlanta, with major offices in Cleveland and Doylestown.
Search Discovery joined the list along with 79 other Atlanta metro honorees in the Small Business category based on employee survey responses. The ranking process used Energage, an employment research and consulting firm, to survey employees about 24 factors covering seven areas related to workplace culture. Questions cover employee engagement, company leadership, and the basics, such as pay, benefits, training, and expectations.
What makes Search Discovery a Top Workplace? An Atlanta Client Service team member responded, “Search Discovery truly lives out our core values, more so than any company I have ever worked at. Search Discovery also invests (time and money) a ton into the health and growth of their employees.”
In fact, this year’s survey revealed that 94% of team members feel that Search Discovery motivates them to give their best, and 90% of team members feel that their job is meaningful.

This year, a record 7,998 companies were nominated or asked to participate in the ranking process. Of those nominated, 332 companies participated in the survey, representing 98,438 workers in the Atlanta region.
